Good afternoon, just moved to Cumbria from York and wanted to see what the area was like for home brewing.
Keen for bottle swaps or homebrew nights if there is enough interest. In York, there were about 10-20 within a group that met once every two months to share some home brews and talk (mostly homebrew but not limited to it). It was nothing formal.
Hi Aaron I’d def be up for talking homebrewing. I’m In Whitehaven too and been brewing about the same time as you. I’ve got a west coast ipa and an American brown both about to kick and a NEIPA in the fermenter.
welcome to the group.
Pesh
I have been brewing for about three years, moving immediately to kegging and quickly to all grain. I don’t brew a particular style and will give anything a go. Currently have a Doom bar clone in the keg/bottle and have a few IPA’s and my first lager to brew.
