Hi all. long brewday yesterday, not without event. went for a step mashed Munich Dunkel with 90min boil.
using my Grainfather G40 but having issues with the bottom plate lifting and allowing grain and hops in and blocking the pump so I had cool with my immersion chiller and to manually transfer to the fermenter.
Got it done and pitched 2xlallemand‘s diamond yeast at 11deg. fingers crossed it goes well.

I did a smoked beer on Friday and kegged a stout and a barley wine today
